Refund Policy
If KAIM Research is not right for you, ask for your money back within 14 days of your first payment on a plan and you will get a full refund of that payment. You do not need to give a reason.
Plans
We offer a monthly plan at $9.99 and an annual plan at $79. Each renews automatically until you cancel. Orders are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which handles payment, tax, and refunds.
14-day refund on your first payment
If you are not satisfied for any reason, request a refund within 14 days of the date of your first payment on a plan. This applies to both the monthly plan and the annual plan. Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used, and your access ends when the refund is issued.
Renewals
Renewal payments are not refundable except where the law requires it. You can cancel at any time to stop future payments, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. If you are in the United Kingdom and your annual plan renews, you have a further 14 days from that renewal to cancel and receive a full refund of the renewal payment.
How to request a refund
- Use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle receipt email, or go to paddle.net and choose "Request refund".
- Or email info@kaimresearch.com with the email address on your account and we will help you with the request.
If you want to tell us why you are leaving, we would like to hear it. That is optional and never affects your refund.
How refunds are paid
Paddle reviews and issues refunds. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method, and the time your bank takes to show the refund is outside our control. Paddle's own refund policy also applies to your purchase.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws where you live, including statutory rights to withdraw from or cancel a contract.
